Not sure but they have played loads of games together and one is now cook and the other is major.

Also the cook just killed the wrong guy in my game giving the major the win twice in a row.

the cook kept attacking neutrals, wasn't even trying to win

there are other examples of the major winning games with the cook in them, but this is the most damning evidence
