313's InterClanGalatic War (Winners 1st Post)

Ok all now im going to try and make this Inter Clan Tourney work. I know it has failed I hear a few times but hopefully I can take out all the wrinkles out of it and make it work.
So what I am looking for is 96, 112 or 128 players broken into 16 teams. Those average from 6 to 8 players per team. How it works is 4 Divisions with 3 teams in each Division so 12 teams with 6 to 8 players. Which will be ran into 5 games (2 quads, 2 trips 1 dubs) per week (week not meaning actual week but just easier to say it that way) for a total of 14 weeks of play. 7 weeks will be home and 7 weeks will be away. Top team in each division with 2 wild card teams move to the playoffs like in the NFL.
Requirements which you have to meet 2 of these:
A. Be in a active Clan
B. Ranking at least 1600 pts
C. Have Silver medals in Trips or Quads
Captains
12 Team Captains will be needed to run each team. If interested in being a team captain when signing up let me know you are interested in being a Captain. Depends on how many captains we get is whether or not you will get that position. If there are more than 12 people who sign up to be Captain I will get some advice and make the decision on the 12 Captains. Captains should be able to lead their teams and make decisions on Home games for their team.
Captains will be responsible for:
1. Picking players from for draft
2. Selecting a Co-Captian
3. Picking Team Name
4. Maps for home games
5. Placing their team mates in home and away games
Draft
When we are full with at least 96 players (so 6 on each team) I will rank all the players in the pool depending on their rank and points. I will then tier each group. Like Tier 1 – 3000pt and Higher, Tier 2 – 2500-2999pts, Tier 3 2000-2499, Tier 4 1800-1999, Tier 5 1600-1799, Tier 6 the rest. If majority feel the tiers should be different #’s I can change the tiers. I feel this will give all teams equal strength.
I will random.org the Captains in draft order. Then I will send out the different Tiers with players to all Captains. They will have 48 hours to return me there picks in player order for all tiers. I will then full in the players on each team. So once we hit the draft we should know our teams with 3 to 4 days.
League Schedule
I will random.org teams into the divisions once I know the captains. And before the draft is done I will have the whole 18 week schedule out and posted.
After the draft is complete I will give all team captains time to get with their team mates. Then about 3 to 4 days I will ask for home games from Captains that have home games in week one.
Rules
1. Every player must be in at least 1 game every week
3. By week 4 every player must have played in a quad and trip
4. By week 8 every player must have played in 2 quads and 2 trips
5. By week 12 every player must have played in 3 quads, 3 trips and 1 doubles game
6. Maps on Home games can only be used Twice in each category during the regular season
7. No Speed, No Manual, No Freestyle
Scoring
Best of 5 each week (2 quad, 2 trip, 1 dub) = Point for each win
Playoffs will follow same play with home field advantage throughout the playoffs but Map counts reset.
Championship Game will be 1 quad game from each team and 1 quad, trip and dub game on the Solar System Map settings No Spoils, Chained and FOG

Co-Captains
I would like each Captain to pick a Co-Captain in the event the Captain is away and I need games sent out or Home game maps and settings.
