Holy fucking shit. How the hell do you have a 80 page day one?edocsil wrote:Sherwood Forest Mafia 160 pgs
I take it you got lynched D1 as mafia based on the mentioned scumtells?edocsil wrote:They were into so weird meta-gaming, that and looking at the smallest and strangest of scumtells
I haven't been around that long, just long enough to hear the stories.aage wrote:I take it you got lynched D1 as mafia based on the mentioned scumtells?edocsil wrote:They were into so weird meta-gaming, that and looking at the smallest and strangest of scumtells
I remember that came. I only was able to read up to like page 50 before I was killed. x3Haggis_McMutton wrote:Yeah i read a few pages around the end of day 1.
Apparently mandy got so tired of defending himself that he actually voted for himself and basically said: ok lynch me(even though he was town), and it still took them like 5 pages to manage to lynch him after that
Edit: Also, Andy used to host games? I find this odd for some reason.
Damn it, i regret having no idea what mafia was back then.Fircoal wrote:I remember that came. I only was able to read up to like page 50 before I was killed. x3Haggis_McMutton wrote:Yeah i read a few pages around the end of day 1.

Yes he did. He was the main hoster of games until Auto game along and started some. (which is right when I came in)
that you would. You may have even been part of the esoog.Haggis_McMutton wrote:Damn it, i regret having no idea what mafia was back then.Fircoal wrote:I remember that came. If i had joined mafia back when i joined CC now i also would have had tons of cool nostalgic stories grrr
Yeah, sheesh, I hope notedocsil wrote:Ya, I could see it hitting 200 pgs, assuming of course there are not a ridiculous number of killing roles.
I doubt it, but you never know.Haggis_McMutton wrote: Also, odds on Briasburg becoming longest?
I've perused over some of the old games on occasion, and I would very much like this to happen. I think Mr. Squirrel had a good idea w/ the free premium to draw some new players. I hope this forum could become much more active, with some epic games.ga7 wrote:I honestly doubt you can get to the level of argues that spawned games a 100+ pages, but you never know...
I realize we vets may be talking too much about the golden age that was about a year long at the end but the major difference is that while there can be equally talented mods to run good games nowadays, then the player base was just great enough to pull off these extra long yet really active phases. I can only hope enough people get interested in mafia again to produce quality games.
I have heard this since the moment I started mafia, 2 and a half years ago lol. Though there is definately a resurgance around right now.ga7 wrote:I honestly doubt you can get to the level of argues that spawned games a 100+ pages, but you never know...

My memory is mostly there but you have to remember I was 14 so my memory may be more or less usefulnagerous wrote:any mafia history questions ask me, fircoal or ga7 though my memory of games is hazy due to all the alcohol that I have drunk.
