I'm noticing an increase in spineless feedback, where people wait until 5 days and leave crappy feedback. Then add you to the foe list so you can't return the favour.

I say increase, it has happened twice in the last 6 months but that is a 2 times increase for me.

Anybody else noticing spineless feedback for sad twats?

Perhaps if you didn't act in ways so as to deserve said spineless feedback, it wouldn't happen often enough to matter?
