Normally clans will not reach out to players unless they haven proven themselves in-game with other clan members. The only issue I'd see with you is that you seem to be a standard player, while clans are almost exclusively looking for team-game players. You could either post interest in a couple of clan's recruitment threads in "Create/Join", you could find some public games with clan players and team up/against them to prove yourself, or you could get into a clan's training groups, which clans such as TSM, AOD, and others have and will work with you and see how you would fit into their or other clans.

I hear this clan is recruiting and is already one of the top 5 clans in the league, despite just being created a few seconds ago:

I will echo Gold Knight's statements. Clan are revolve around team games, and you have only played a few. It will be tough for you to get into an established clan. Your best bet is to get some trips and quads games under your belt, then you should be able to get into a good clan. You can post in callouts that you are looking for some teammates, there are tons of people that will play with you. If you are interested PM me and I can set some up with you too.
