Rules of Engagement

1.43 total games: 14 doubles, 14 triples, 14 quads
2. Each clan member can only participate in 20 games per clan war
3. Wars are to be played in 2 sets:
1st set only home games from higher seeded clan
2nd set only home games from lower seeded clan
4.The 43rd game will be chosen by lower seeded clan
5.Each map can only be used twice per clan per clan war but can only be used once per game type (i.e. once for triples and once for quads)
6.There will be no freestyle, speed, manual deployments, beta maps, or nuclear spoils games allowed

One of our members, joofro, is trapped in a blizzard

Four games were for him, but he has been unable to get online for over five days now. I resent the invites to him three or four times. After they expired so many times, I tried to find another attacker to fill joofro's spot.

At the moment, all invites have been sent. 38 games have started, just waiting on two more.

Considering that both sets are pretty much being played at once- i don't think a delay of four games is really a big deal.

The first game just ended, and it puts RA up by one. This war is actually progressing pretty quickly- I think a large amount of games will finish at the same time.

5 games have finished, and 35 left to go. This war has gotten off to a pretty close start. Current score is 3-2 in RA's favor. Both RA and SOH have some more wins coming up, so the score can easily fluctuate back and forth.

Hmm, SOH just took the lead- after winning two games today. Both of them triples.

This war is making great progress to have two triples and five dubs already completed. Every game is at least in round 2. I think its been less than a week since the start.

Score is now 3-4 in SOH's favor. And SOH has two more wins coming in Arm's Race, Napoleonic Europe, and RA has one more coming in New World. That still puts SOH in the lead by two games.

Let's wake up Attackers!!! SOH is bringing on their strong armor.

And dice did not lose that New World game for you. You guys jumped out in Round 2 against my 15 stack, so of course you weren't going to have enough troops that early in the game.

I agree dice did not lose that game. What lost that game was where your 15 stack was and where we thought your stack would be. Which, in my limited experience with New World, tends to be the determining factor - guessing where the opponents' stack is.

I just looked at the log and you guys were deploying on Inuit not portugal, you had 7 troops on portugal and had reduced the landing point to a 1 and not taken it for some reason. I started with 21 on dutch landing point (9 + 5 + 3 + 4)

It's fact: the only times SoH loses games is if (1) we get bad dices (2) jefjef annoys us to the point where we start attacking illogically.

That madagascar dubs has been driving me crazy- truly a rollercoaster game. That pesky green player just doesn't want to die J/K Fine playing in that game from both sides.

Crossroads and Great USA are going to become tricky due to the escalating factor- so still anyone's game.

Jeepers chaps and chappettes, this war is close. Unfortunately, this isn't some sort of Medievil tournament and you can't call in all of your allies to help tip the favour. lol

Well I think the Spelunkers have called their special forces or something. RA has a short one game lead yesterday, but now the Spelunkers are set to tie again, and they have a few more wins coming. But I know of two more wins RA should have tomorrow- one in Crossword and the other in Great USA. That will probably still keep the score about even.

Good war so far Risk Attackers. Looks likely that this one will go right down to the wire, which suits me fine. I like a good close intimate dance with death. My boys are used to their victims lying still though, an' you guys are squirmers, but they're quick learners.

Well the score is now 14-16 in SOH's favor.

SOH also has a few more wins coming their way.

Unless RA can quickly pull things together, it looks like SOH will win this war.

It is official. SOH has won the war.

Congratulations SOH! It was a hard battle, and close from beginning to end.

I have to admit it is a tough loss, as we were hoping to have a nice shiny NC trophy to add to our collection. I will have to enquire in the RA forums WTH happened. I think in some games, I don't think we played our best, but in others we were simply outmatched.

But I do not want to in anyway Down Play SOH's win, as the better clan won. I think people will think twice about underestimating you guys again.

I hope SOH goes all the way to the finals. That way RA can say we got beaten by the Best
