Question about getting banned

I tried using the search but didnt find an answer to this even as it is a rather simple question, so here we go:
One of my friends (nublet11) just got banned, probably for multi-accounting (which isn't true, it's just that we had an agreement I will take his turns in freestyle games when he has to be away for at least a day, and thats not exactly against the rules). I looked at the cheat report forum and there was nothing about him there, so it must've been the CC routine scan... my question is, can his account be reconciled? He's a free player and hasnt played for more than a few weeks, but he still wouldn't like to start over. Is it possible to contact some kind of support about unjustified bans?
