This map seems a little too small to me. I bet you were trying to make a smaller than normal map, but that is definatly too small. Try adding in some of the mediterranean, or zooming in on crete more.

Agreed. This seems way too small. That's 1 territory per person in an 8 player game.

Maybe if you were to zoom in a bit, you could divide each region up into more territories, or make more bonus regions out of it.
