Fairman's assassin tournament (Winner Anonymus)

Hi,
I'd like to run a new tournament with 24 players.
The main principe is :
- if you kill your target you go further
- if you are killed, you are eliminated
- else you get another chance

You need to have at least 4.7 as average notes
You need to have complete at least 100 games
You are not on my foe list[/spoiler]
