when I click on the links, I just get an error message saying no matches. Is this because there are none open at this time?

There are no such. You haven't missed any training. You start your training when you're ready within reasonable limit. The training may vary about a few months with intense training. One week forth or back makes no difference in the big picture.

And if you don't see any labelled games, you can always join or start a game using our settings (Terminator or Standard, Classic map, 6-7 players, No Fog, Sequential, Automatic) and post it in your classroom.
