WAR(Warriors at Risk) will be competing in their first clan battle with 1st Regiment of Foot Guards: Grenadier Guards.

The battle to start Monday November 28th 2011

2nd set to start Dec 10th-12th 2011

Here are the parameters

rules

1. 8 Doubles, 8 Triples, 8 Quads would total 24 home and 24 away games. 1 Tiebreaker. Played in two rounds.

2. No Manual, Freestyle, Nuclear or Speed matches.

3. Clans can use each map twice, but only once per format (ie. 1 Doubles and 1 Quads, but not 2 Doubles or 2 Quads).

4. Minimum of 10 players must participate, per clan.

5. Maximum 16 games per player.

6. Tiebreaker: Quads Fought between clan leaders on a Random map. Settings: Chained, fog, no spoils (to be played in the 2nd round).

7. Banned Maps: BETA, Hive-Any random maps picked will be redone if Hive is selected.

8. No round Limitations

9. No Fog Rule.

10. If someone deadbeats 3 in a row, gets kicked from CC then the opposing team can choose to finish or redo the game(same map/settings) with the same players. The replacement player will be picked by their clan. The replacement player must be of an equal or lesser rank. If it is the lowest ranked player in clan then it may go one rank up.
If a player is kicked/deadbeats from multiple games then the opposing team will choose to finish all the games or restart all the games. They cannot pick and choose which ones to start over.

11. If a player takes a territory in a esc rate spoils games and times out gets no card they will get a warning.

2nd offense and on the game starts over(if the other team wants to) and the offending players is booted from the game and is replaced by their clan(equal or lesser rank).
Example-in Classic dubs esc, Player A takes a terriroty, times out, and no card is given. A warning is given.
A later game - Player A is playing Classic Quads-takes a territory, times out, gets no card. The opposing team chooses to continue the game or redo the game(same map/settings) with the other clan having to replace the player(equal or lesser rank).

We wanted more map rules but wanted to get this started after Turkey Day and mopping up by X-MAS. But I'm open to adding the nose picking rule.

And I confirm that the Regiment agrees to all of said rules.

Most of them are basic, hms, so never fear. heh

Understimating us, Crown? We annihilated RA back in the old days, and now we'll destroy the Warriors.

This one will be a big test for your new clan WAR... make or break, 1st Reg is not a push over that is for sure! GL to both clan, interested to see how WAR does.

We have a potential issue forming in game 10160024 that I want to nip in the bud. WAR members are concerned because both TK and I missed turns consecutively (one each) and we ended up still in a better position than the WAR team afterwards. I would just like to point out, before accusations start flying about us cheating, that the misses legitimate and in no way strategic. Here are some things to consider:

First, this is the Christmas season and, as a result, many of us have a lot of things going on, especially over the weekends. Speaking only for myself, I had a work party and a family get-together over the weekend, in addition to all the other Christmas preparations going on. Thus, I had little to no time to check Conquer Club for turns. I tried to get on to take all my turns once a day, but was too late for my turn in this game.

Second, at the time of the misses sekretar had the only bonus in the game, which bonus we were trying to break. Thus, the resulting "good" position that the 1RFG team resulted in after the misses was more a product of WAR's bad dice than our misses.

Lastly, the misses do not break any of the clan war rules listed at the beginning of this thread.

Hopefully this clears up any issues that might be brought forward as the game progresses.
