yes it does from the medal rules.

The game composition must comprise of at least 80% Team Games. Recommended setup is 25% Doubles, 25% Triples, 25% Quadruples and 25% Choice of Games

we are running a all doubles war are you saying doubles games are not team games ??????

well i guess you have no clue then 2 players is a team teams of 2 . also is classed as team game in the sentance above so yes medals will be issued and you are chasing a dead horse.
