ok, i'm new, but i have a question. In a couple of my games I have come across someone having their armies multiplied for the next couple of rounds. How does this happen?

they have missed a turn, so when they get round to taking their turn they get twice as many armies to make up for the armies they missed out on when they missed their turn.
