Whats the sequence of escalting cards?

Can someone give me the sequence in which the cards escalate bonuses? Its not in the faq,

Escalating sets are worth 4,6,8,10,12,15,20
The increase by five thereafter.
You can find this info in the Instructions, under game options.

Flat Rate sets are worth 4 for red, 6 for green, 8 for blue and 10 for mixed.

yeah i know, i was just trying to estimate the bonus several turns away.
