Okay, I know this must be out here somewhere, but I can't find it....
How do I find map rank program
and use it...

You can always check out the Sticky/Announcement in the 'Available Tools and Enhancements' forum, titled:
Users Guide To CC Tools And Enhancements. I believe map rank is in the index.
