Sinn Fein has been fighting a heated battle against the extreme right-wing Unionists to legalize gay marriage in the Six Occupied Counties of Ireland, prompting increasingly intense outbursts from the occupation authorities.
An Ulster Unionist councillor has withdrawn comments comparing homosexuality to a “disease” during a debate on gay marriage.
Jackie Crawford made his controversial comments while discussing a Sinn Fein motion on gay marriage at a meeting of Magherafelt District Council on Tuesday.
“It’s a pity they have that disease and they can't help it,” he argued in opposition to the motion which was passed 10-5.

Sinn Fein are right on this, although your poll is trollish.
The Ulster Unionists are also a NI party, albeit one with a nasty legacy from the Troubles, like Sinn Fein.

A parade last month in Belfast of supporters of groups opposed to marriage equality in Britain. Why won't police permit counter-demonstrations to these kind of events (in interest of supporting LGBTQI rights)?

I don't get this is allowed in Britian while that one old guy who had a sign that said "religion is fairy tales for old people" is somehow illegal
