Private chat room. I can only see them talk in game chat. I quess this is just a grudge report reading game chat. Wich gives quite a laugh after all !

It's probably more a case of not understanding the rules than willfill violation, but all the same they are discussing an alliance on their walls and not game chat, and that is SD.
