if ill create a tourny for 2000+ players and "magicly" ( by synchronizing it on live chat / or any other mean) 15 more 3000+ players will join in several minutes so it will be full, will this go?

or if only players from 1 clan only will join in the same "magical" way?

Not really. Especially if people from all one clan join. That is definitely not legit.

The point thing is different, but keep in mind, you can reserve half of the tournament spots for whoever you want.
