DBC are looking for a war.

No one was seriously interested in our random of random war.

So we are open to negotiation.

We would like a war to start ASAP.

A pity that has fallen through, we were holding off looking for new wars by keeping room open for that. Perhaps towards the end of the year when most clans have been knocked out of current comps it'll be worth another try to get it going?

But from your post this is what I'm getting...
"No one was seriously interested... but now we are open to negotiations... which someone already attempted to have... we then turned them down, and now claim no one was interested and say we are open to negotiations but the last person that tried to negotiate we shut down. Oh and also everyone is scared of us and doesn't want to fight us."
