The Pirates - Donelladan has won [COMPLETE]

This tournament is open to anyone with more than 100 games played and 1000 points.
I'll keep open for up to 3 weeks and will need a minimum of 16 people.
The tournament is basically a showdown on the Pirates and Merchants map with some play on the High Seas possible. Details below.
The Last 16

Everyone plays 3 games at the same time.
Format is 8 player (3 games played at same time)

8 points for a win, going down to 1 point for 8th place. As there is no elimination on this map then the ranking will be done by troop count at round limit or objective completion. If a player wins by completing their objective then they will receive a bonus 2 points. Tied troop count will split the points equally between the players.
All players are ranked in the same table and top 8 proceed to the final.
(If 8th place is tied then a decider will be played on the High Seas with standard settings, escalating, fog and 30 round limit)

If we have more than 16 then qualifications will apply - to be played on the High Seas map with Automatic, Sequential, Escalating
Chained, Sunny, 20 Round Limit, No Trench. These games will be randomly drawn and will have a maximium of 4 players.
Depending on number of players the first to sign up to the tournament will be exempt from the qualification phase. I will be at position 16 so if we have more than 16 players I must participate in qualification.
17-19 players: 1 qualification game - first 15 exempt
20-22 players: 2 qualification games - first 14 exempt
23-25 players: 3 qualification games - first 13 exempt
...and so on....
Example: we have 21 people sign up for the tournament.
First 14 are exempt which leaves 2 qualificiation games. One with 4 players, the other with 3. The winners of both games proceed.
