There is, though I am not sure what games you are referring to. Crash also went before 12 hours in Gazala, but posted his moves when he noticed his mistake. I believe according to the fog rule if posted in reasonable time the fog rule is not broken. Can someone verify this?

City mogul is what hes referring to.I thought there was no rule for conquest though as the 2nd players view of the map changes 0.
Noone was concerned with snaps on feudal or trench warfare so why is city mogul any different?
And the games are over already.

Generally yes if the view of 2nd player doesn't change it doesn't matter.

MD out to a 4 game lead. I think they have won the last 11.

1 hasn't even started yet, because no one will accept our invites. Lots of close ones from what I see, but some are still really early.

This will be real close. I have it at 20-20 if things play out with cricket being the decider (unless I manage to win austerlitz).
