The Biden regime is panicking over the possibility of free speech and how an informed electorate may sink his slim chances in 2024.

White House officials and Democratic strategists are privately worrying about how Elon Musk’s $44 billion hostile takeover of Twitter will affect the 2024 presidential election — especially whether the billionaire will allow former President Donald Trump to return to the platform.

Officials within President Joe Biden’s administration are closely watching the deal, according to more than half a dozen advisors to Biden, including two administration officials. Some on Biden’s team are growing increasingly concerned the Tesla CEO will allow Trump and other Republican operatives who were banned from Twitter to return to the platform, these people said, asking not to be identified in order to speak freely about internal discussions among senior Democratic advisors.

According to one survey, 9% of Biden voters would have voted for someone else had they been aware of the Hunter Biden laptop scandal before the election, enough to throw the 2020 election to Donald Trump. Twitter's old management shut-down the New York Post account when it broke the story.

It looks like no journalists have been "killed" in Russia since 2018. Meanwhile, eight journalists have been killed in Mexico in just the last 120 days.

There seems to be an argument here that Biden should ban entry of Mexican nationals to the U.S. in the same way he's banned entry of Russian nationals.

Update: It looks like 4X as many journalists have been killed in Mexico (which borders the U.S.) since 2018 as have been killed in Russia (which does not border the U.S.).

Update 2: List of journalists killed in the United States (not as robust of a list as the American regime prefers jailing journalists so as to extract confessions, e.g. Julian Assange)
