Conquer Club

ive been thinking and i relized that there isnt enough book series map. i really like harry potter and am considering making a map. yes or no? i would love suggestions like territorys and bonuses and if you do not want it please tell me why.

Like all books/movies/games etc that are so named, you will have to overcome the copyright issue....while you're idea would be popular, you probably can't use anything that is named in the harry potter series unless thge author is feeling very generous...wouldn't that be wonderful.

Firstly, this should be in map ideas, secondly as cairns said, copyright. Make sure you get that before you do any major work on the map.

it may also not be as much as an issue with the author as with Warner Bros. (the movie company that the copyrights were sold to)

agreed, i actually emailed people http://www.mugglenet.com the harr potter fansite im loyal too and gave them a rundown of what cc is and that i wanted to create a map of hogwarts, i have drafts and gear on my comp, and they said that wb wouldnt approve, jkr might but why wb are still producing movies they wouldnt be keen on this
