Also, the USA, because of the wonderful cosmetic surgery options available, there are a lot of 8s & 9s walking around that would have been 3s without Dr. Octagon to help them out.

Sorry i can't vote for just one, i am a monogamous fella but i am completely unbiased in my perving.

I would have to say Afghanistan... Those women wear burkas... its gotta be sewaltering under there.

I think the women in some of these countries would be cold rather than hot.

Plenty of ugly japanese though.

I will let you know when I have worked my way through every nationality but as Im only about 20% it might take a while

There aren't many USA women who are naturally good-looking. They've all had plastic surgery, or liposuction, or wearing so much make-up it makes them look like clowns. If not that, then the majority of the women who don't fit into that category are from other countries.
