Given a six player triples game:

• Team 1

  2. Green
  3. Blue
• Team 2
  1. Yellow
  2. Pink
  3. Teal

While all players survive, play order is

• Red
• Yellow
• Green
• Pink
• Blue
• Teal

If Pink were eliminated, from my reading of the rules, the new play order would be

• Red
• Yellow
• Green
• Blue
• Teal

.

That is, Blue would play directly after Green.

Are there any additional rules affecting play order? I have heard that under some circumstances, Team 2 will be granted an extra turn, but I can find nothing about that in the instructions.

Your assessment is correct, and I can think of no other rules that affect turn order.
