Current State of Tourneys

Hello all,
I know I don't make many posts, but I wanted to give everyone an update on the current state of the Tournaments Forum.
First, as you all probably know, Optimus Prime has stepped down as Tournament Director. I have read all of your supportive posts and farewells, and I too, wish Opt and his wife the very best as they move forward with their lives and prepare for their new arrival.
Through his creative ideas and countless hours of work, Optimus took Tournaments to a whole new level...both as a player, tournament host, and CC staff member. His contributions were invaluable and his mark will remain with Conquer Club forever. He'll always be my little Jack Rabbit on Crack.
I have received numerous PM's regarding the issue of bringing another Tournament Director on board. Many of you have volunteered your services to step up and volunteer your time. As you know, it is because of people like you, who love CC as much as we do and are willing to freely give of themselves, that CC continually grows and improves almost on a daily basis.
At this time, however, we are not going to be backfilling the vacated TD position. But, of course, this could change in the near future, or on down the line.
Night Strike and I will continue to run the show with the assistance of Gilligan and Natewolfman who have both proven to be great assets to us. Without them, the TD's job would be twice as difficult and time-consuming.
If you need Tourney Priv.'s please PM either Night Strike or myself. And, always feel free to ask us for any assistance should you need it. Thanks to all for your help and support.

But, I am on CC every day (usually) and keeping my finger on the pulse of what is going on. Believe me, I see and read almost EVERYTHING. I may not make many posts or make my presence known too often but I am always available to assist you in any way.
