Maybe you can have some placque between the teeth. and have -1 bonus in that territory if you hold it.

Okay, I found this diagram. This should give us a better idea for a game map. Something to work off of anyway.
We could either divide the map up into anatomical terminology or possibly mouth diseases and dental procedures (cavities, plaque, hairy tongue, root canal, bridge work, etc.)
