look at the other threads in this forum... in the title of this thread, you need to have the tages [compedative] and [recruiting]

You can PM me with a request, or you can apply through Inbox -> Usergroups -> Check box of clan -> "Join selected"

There's certainly no obligation to buy premium in order to join
