I love it when you post links to news stories. Keep it up. You always clue me into stories I would have missed otherwise, and when I think the stories are a bit ridiculous, I just say, "well, that's our Juan!" and move on with my life, because there are more important things than getting bent out of shape over stories that are crazy talk, but fun to have been exposed to.

Everyone else who enjoys Juan's posts linking to news stories, please speak up in this thread.

Under German law, the image of a number plate is insufficient to prosecute a driver or vehicle owner.

That's pretty crazy right there.
