Free Risk?

I don't have the internet at home and I have been very busy at work for the past 3 years. I was wondering if there were any free downloadable Risk games that are pretty good. I have tried JRisk, and I haven't really been enjoying it. Let me know others that you play.
Thanks.

I think so. I don't have ten bucks. Actually, I should say my wife wont let me have my ten bucks.

Looks like it's time to pick up the duffel bag and start pushing some H-packs out of your car. 10$ a pack, and if you find a hot spot then you can start influencing women without a direction in life and hopefully those that are deprived of any image of self worth. With a little luck you can build the repertoire of a renowned motel pimp and show that money grubbing wife of yours the back of your hand more often. "I said gimme that purse bitch! Do you want a third black eye?"

rather harshly put.
but I agree with the general sentiment - i.e. reach down and find a pair.

I'm not asking for advice on my relationship. Just if you know any good free Risk games out there. I don't see what the big deal is.

I've played a coupla Risk-programs (licensed or clones) over the years, none of them have any strategy worth speaking of.
I suspect my game grew way worse by playing them and learning to expect a particular response. I think after 150 games on CC of not-at-all risk-like games, I am beginning to get over that. There are some shareware and freeware versions out there, I'd recommend googling for 'em.

Any recommendations?

Probably the fact that you let your wife tell you when it's ok to have $10

Seriously, I get the whole "happy wife = happy life" thing. You need to be complacent up to a certain point to avoid marital trouble...but come on!

It's not the "happy wife=happy life" thing. I have a problem with spending money. So, I'm not allowed to. There is a reason why they call them our better half.

I'm in the process of making one... It'll use CC maps too. No guarantee's on how good it'll be though.

Yeah, I should have figured. But you can't, as a male, help being at least a little perturbed when someone tells you to grow a pair.

No worries. You know, as a male, I probably would have said the same thing.
