Would someone out there please make a 
Switzerland map? As we know, Switzerland is divided into 26 states, or cantons. (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Switzerland#Cantons). These could be further divided into several regions (continents) for bonuses, such as Eastern - 4, Northern - 3, Southern - 3, Central - 5, and Western - 4.
