Hey everyone,

I was just wondering is it legal for two people to team up vrs me and kill me purposely in a game?

one person said Polson: I slammed his armies - you should be able to eliminate him now

He said this two the other person because they wanted me out of the game i wasn't even the strongest but they were working against me cause i was the higher rank.

Is this legal.

So long as they do the alliance in the game chat and not outside the game, yes.

even though it's legal, you can leave them the appropriate ratings if you think that the gang-up on you was unfair

You have to be careful with things like this sometimes. Certain players may attack you excessively because you've offended them or whatnot. As far as I can see this is legal.
Keep in mind that you can use this to your advantage.

I think he's referring to the comment about annoying another player. So basically, he's getting at the idea of befriending a player in a game just so they don't attack you. I can imagine this tactic would be most prevalent in 3-way games.

About half way through the chat you can tell that Woogie is starting to attack Mitz pretty heavily. That kind of game should provide some arguement regarding the rules for you

If it is a three player game, it is a very unfair game. Alliances in that case are just for people who dont know how to make 1v1s so they make a three player and take out one person. U can give them the crappiest rating ever, and tell them that they should just make a 1v1 game if they wanna play it that way. And if they dont announce it in game chat, but on pm or on their wall or email or something not related to conquerclub even, Its illegal. You have to discuss everything in game chat, cant even pm them then announce it in game chat.

If announced, its legal.

You might check their games and see if this is a pattern or just a "one time" thing. (everybody gets in a bad mood now and then or simply does something stupid)

If they do it all the time with the SAME person ... it might be a multis issue. If they do it a lot with differant people, you might want to foe them or simply avoid 3 and 4 player games with them.

With over 300,000 players here, it is just a fact that some are jerks. Move on to the over 99.99% who are wonderful people to play.

polson is one of those people that has made a hobby on suiciding the highest rank in the game because she thinks that we are all point obsessed snobs that think we are better than here because of our points.

I'm guessing that the game in question is this one and it reads like your actions combined with your chat put a bee in red's bonnet and he was determined to get you, starting in Round 14. The gameplay reads pretty balanced up to that point. Red didn't just win your battle, he took out blue and won the war too.

Thank you Ovo...that was in fact the game in question. I've had plenty of people gang up on me - it's just the way the game gets played sometimes. Sometimes it backfires, sometimes it works.
