How does anyone stop these people from spaming? It is kinda funny but It is really bitchy and lame to. Anyone who has that much time to make that many acounts should get a real hobby.

They are just previously banned cheaters.... move along!

The problem is they/he/she has no real focus in this. A better plan would have been to target certain players rather than creating negative feeling and opinion against them.

Not a well thought through strategy at all. Mind you, judging by the great chance tdans has of winning that particular game I am not surprised.

This moron knew damn well what he was doing THE FIRST TIME he broke the rules. Now he seems to have decided he didn't like his punishment, and wants to reset so he can start back with his original account. Well, too fucking bad for him. You can't go around breaking the rules, and then say, "Oh dear. I didn't know the punishment would be so unfavourable to me. Can I please have a mulligan?", and you sure as hell can't deal out the exceptional amount of bullshit he's been throwing around for months now, and expect to get what you want. Maybe it works with his mommy in the candy isle of the grocery store, but it doesn't work in real life (not even CC). f*ck him, f*ck his agenda, and f*ck anyone who thinks he might have a leg to stand on.
