This pretty much shows they are not multis. Whether they know each other or not it's pretty tough to know. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt though, it's possible they just met online and thought it was cool they were from the same country, and since have played many games together. I don't think there is a secret diplomacy in their games as they are both winning the games, not being tossed one way or another, though they could be doing that just to throw them off. I'm going to say this will be noted as a possible secret diplomacy, in case future accusations with these 2 come about.

Pallin and Tomasen are cleared of being multis with each other. We would need evidence of possible foul play between these players if they are guilty of any secret diplomacy.
