Conquer Club

So, my friends and I were debating which character, Dumbledore or Wolverine, would win if they were in a fight together.
It got to be a pretty intense debate, and I was wondering how you guys feel about this issue.

Who would win in a fight, Dumbledore or Wolverine?
and why would that person be the winner?

Without the Infinity Gauntlet Thanos would be nothing, even Spiderman would be able to kick his ass!

I love wolverine, but clearly Dumbledore would win, he is like a master wizard and stuff. He could turn wolverine into a bug.

Wolverine's pretty badass but he wouldn't have a chance.

Dumbledore is smarter, way smarter.

Whatever you do to Wolverine he will regenerate. He is effectively immortal and thus will win. It might take several rounds, or even years, but he will outlast Dumbledore.

Dumbeldore could just turn him into a turn and trap him in a jar. A fight does not necessarily have to end in one combatant dying.

Seconded.. he survived an atomic blast at ground zero. SURVIVED...

Dumbledore would slaughter Wolverine, no question.

... that is only if they never got into a fight in the first place, which is defeating the point of this thread. Even if Dumbeldore dies, Wolverine is still stuck in a fucking jar as a pile of shit...

It's been a while since i've checked out the comics and i don't know who Dumbledore is (not even an impressive name though).

The last i heard, Magneto had pulled all the admantium out of his skeleton and he was having a hard time recovering. As they can do anything they want in comics, this Dumbledude, who is evidently some kind of wizard, could just take away Wolverine's regenerative powers - then what? I'll tell you then what - someone would reverse it and give them back to him because the Marvel Universe would lose a shitload of money if he died.

If all else failed, they'd just bring him back to life like DC did Superman.

I'll admit that I don't know who he is either. I've obviously gathered that he is some kind of wizard... must be a new charactor since they all know him.

I still disagree. Wolverine is not an idiot. He's ninja. He'd wait for his chance and them sneak up behind... does Dumbledoor have eyes in the back of his head? No... but you know what he does have in the back of his mind? FEAR... FEAR and claws....

dumbledore would win. he could accio the adamantium skleton out of wolverines body. or he could transfigurate him into something and leave him there forever. maybe dumbledore could change the makeup of wolverines skeleton with one of his skills, and then he could kill him...

Yeah, but those around wolverine often die, dumbledore is more careful of those he is protecting.

Yeah Professor X was a little boy during WWII... Wolverine fought in WWII. He may be infinity years old. Deal with it Apocolypse.

Haven't read the Uncanny X-Men for many many moons. But I don't see a problem with it anyway.... most older people don't read comics for the story as much as the art and collectability.
