Just cause they beat you, move quick, have clickies, know a complicated map doesn't always entail that the are cheating. Its best that before you accuse someone based off the accusations like this that you do the research.

Also the best etiquette to use so you don't get yourself in trouble would be to either report a user quietly via an E-ticket, which will get you the same response, or to do it respectfully without causing chaos for other users in the chat. This will eliminate any possibility of you getting repercussions for you actions.
