Who deletes the etickets?

So the etickets seem to be sent, ignored, and closed. and this is a continuous system that exists for not only FredVIII but also for the Selucid Empire & Rabid bunnies sisters that were great players and seem to be getting as much attention as a Hobo in New York
Now my main question is to know which poor soul is hired to go through and Whore out the Select and Delete button for every ETicket?
Now the reason i ask this is because there is an amazing sense of circular logic. Selucid Empire & Rabid Bunnies have both sent a a ton etickets that have been abused by the hard working mod with the above job. Now here is my Secondary question to team CC, What the hell should they do?
If they make an eticket: they get ignored
if they make an account to contact the mods: they are rule breakers and permanently banned
Now the fun part to this is that they were CLEARED of being multis and allowed to continue to play then randomly kicked because of why? WE DONT EVEN KNOW
so tell me, what should they do?

The best way, I found when I got busted by a rule that didn't even exist, is to be really, really serious, really, really angry, and just swear a little. It seems to provoke responses like 'blah blah blah"
Do you really expect anymore?

Users should send in 1 e-ticket, if you send in 40 e-tickets about the same thing, 39 should be deleted. The e-tickets are answered via the email address you have attached to your account. They should be looking there for their answers (which depending on the circumstance, maybe be some time).

I sent One Eticket in October 2008 and it was ignored.
I will not send another. Its a waste of my time.

I have learned this too. Not worth the effort to send an e-ticket. They seem just to be a fancy excuse and a a way to keep a free back door. "oh, you have a problem, then send in an e-ticket and we will work hard for it to be resolved"

ive probably sent several dozen e-tickets for different things in my time here, and every single thing was handled promptly and without issue...
p.s. if u are claiming that you dont know why fred was busted, then you really really should read the other half a dozen threads created by other retards complaining about it, because they all seem to know why he was busted...
criminal douche-baggery..

new ones were only sent AFTER old ones were closed with no response, or reason

it seems by your wording here that fred is included in your concern, but not excluded. perhaps it is you that should read your posts better..
EDIT: but now after re-reading yet again, i do see that your post is just poorly written, and i think i misunderstood, sorry...

thank you kyle, as i wrote, i had misunderstood, and i apologize. he began talking about several people but then began talking about a specific instance, and i just missed the switch. half of his post is stating broad general statements, and some of it is about a specific instance, again, i apologize, i just misunderstood...

It looks like Selucid Empire and Rabid bunnies were busted 9 days after they were cleared. Both the clearing and busting were by the same person, so some new information must have been present for the hunters to be confident in their decision.

first off, thank you for responding
secondly, what actions can they take to legally (including CC Rules) prove their innocence?

I was the one who made the initial bust. They gave an explanation that seemed accurate for a time and they were cleared. However, another person suggested that they were multis, after they had been cleared, so it was looked at again. Given certain aspects of the information that we use to determine if there are actually two users or just one user, there was a clear indication that it would be impossible for this to be two users. Absolutely impossible under the laws of physics as we currently understand them. Given that new information, they were busted again. As a side note, after they were busted the second time, there was some speculation that they were actually accounts from a previously permabanned user given their intimate knowledge of the community.

Speaking of e-tickets, I once sent one in, and it has been ignored.

I would understand how physics could prove them be two separate persons but how the hell could it prove them being just one???

IIRC they where pretty frequent guest here in Q&A for their first period of time, proves nothing I know but it would explain some knowledge.

how on earth can we defend ourselves if we cant even see the evidence against us?

The problem is that they don't want to reveal any more info as it may give clues on how they find and bust people. In light of what was said, it may be best to let it go even if it irks you and others.

I definitely understand your frustration on this (because I feel it too). But it's very true that in doing so, they may give away "methods" that would allow people to come into the site and get away with the same thing, rather than getting caught. So even though it's frustrating, I can understand that there may be reasons why they wouldn't want to show the evidence (and not because it's not accurate <grin>).

so essentially they are permabanned and there is no where for them to defend themselves?

I think it is the CC way to do things.
I have read some funny topics in the cheater and abuse section. People complain and accuse some mods for wrongdoing. Whap happens. The accused mod himself locks the thread or another mod tells us this is not the right way and that we should do it by PM.
The mods are so afraid for a open discussion on what we can expect from them that we cannot do so in the forum.
I do know it is a private site but some kind of openess would be nice. People have left and people will leave for the behaviour they get from the mods. (not all mods) (adn sure, new people will come and take their place)

Sure there is. But it's not going to be discussed with the public at large, certainly, for the reasons I mention.
