I just look on sugestion to-do list,and i whas supprised that some sugestions who are accepted waiting 3 years to be implemented.
Its this mean that this sugestions are very hard to implement,or lack dont want to waste time on simple things?
I mean,if some sugestion are easy to implement, why its need to waith so long. Every sugestion who worth can improve Site,right?
I can understand if some sugestion waith implementation for 3 or 6 month,but 3 years its not normal, or maybe i dont understand how this job working.

I have seen this same thing in other places, I think. Lack made the site, he put a lot of work in it, and now that it is running pretty much on its own and mostly by volunteers, he has a comfortable consistent income. Perhaps he does not need any more money. If he has all he wants right now, there is no reason to put effort into making the site better to get more.

You forget that a lot of changes have been implemented. Things have changed a lot over the last three years. When I started playing we had not 1v1's, we had no speed, no assasin, no quads, no medals, and far less maps. The newest thing, which is great when you figure out what its for, is the ability to invite players to games. Now you can setup a public game with your friend, even if he's not online, and know that someone else won't jump in first. I just wish that the 24 hour limit would be increased.

Im not complaining,i just put question why some sugestions waiting 3 years to be implement,and still not in.
Maybe this is wrong place to put questions?

Good point. Hard to see work being put into the site when it is all behind the scenes and updates are large but don't happen very often.

lack is probably is conservative on how he runs the site. i mean look at it its a great site uploading 2 many suggestions at once will make the site better but there is always the possibility that it will make it worse so lack is just waiting and trying to do the best he can and not ruin the site.

Quite true. I think the frustrating thing for most of us on those to-do items that have been on the list for a very long time is that some of them appear (to us laymen) to be quite simple to implement.

And will be nice if Someon of mod will give some answers like "this and this sugestion will be implement in next 1-2-3-4 months"

That's impossible to do because lack does updates on his own plans and schedules.

Perhaps they are only considered complaints to you, but the rest of them see opinions and suggestions which will make this place better?

As I understand it lack runs other sites/businesses as well. That is a constraint. And business wise, with new settings/improvements etc. comes interest. Just letting it flow would eventually lead to stagnation and boredom. Besides, too much change isn't good. Played on a site handling a virtual football team (actually, through a person there I found this place). It was nice and predictable, then they had to go and make a bunch of changes over several seasons. It grew too complex, things you did which worked sudeenly didn't work anymore etc. etc. Eventually it was a complete new game and I just called it a quits.
