Thailand Open – Ascending Doubles

Congratulations to the winners - dowian2 & Chief Bartle

The LA Open tournament is part of the professional tennis tour and takes place from 28 September.
This tournament starts as soon as we have sufficient sign-ups. It is the eighth tournament in the ATP Doubles series.

Each round will be the best of 3 sets.

There will be 8 teams (16 players in total).

Each team must players who both have < 2000 pts.

Players should join as a team. Players can post individually to advertise for a partner.

Freemiums welcome- although 3 games-at-a-time.

Details:
Spoiler
This will be a straight knock-out (bracket).
All rounds will be best-of-three sets (games).
Map and settings: Asia – doubles (obviously), sequential, no spoils, chained & fog of war.
Players
Spoiler
There will be 16 players.

Each team must players who both have < 2000 pts.[/i]

Players must have a 97% attendance record, have played a minimum 25 matches, and not have dropped out from one of my tournaments previously! Freemiums welcome, although beware that the tournament starts as soon as we have enough players and 3-games-at-a-time if you get to the finals.

Players will have 24 hours to join their matches from when the joining PM is sent. Failure to do so will result in a reserve being sought (harsh, I know).
Reserves
Spoiler
All reserves will be sent a PM when an opening occurs. The first reserve to respond will gain a place.
Joining Matches
Spoiler
Players will be informed when they have a match and will have 24 hours to join. If they fail to do so then they will be ejected from the tournament and a reserve will replace them.
Quarter-Final Draw
Spoiler
The draw for the quarters will be determined by random.org.

There are plenty of tournaments for you guys :D
