everybody gets wee wee'd up when the big money comes rolling thru, those indpendant....last minute republicans and democrats....oops, what did I just do?

Both major parties are doing poor so I like Independents, on the national scale though unless I see a strong candidate I will side with the right wing.

I wouldn't vote for someone unless my vote would have effect, even if jesus runs for president as a peace and freedom candidate, I wouldn't vote for him. Thats not true, I bet Jesus would win in a landslide, but you get the idea.

Oh dear.

I wonder why there's only 2 parties? This is exactly the reason a candidate has to "own" a part of the media somehow, so people like you can be told it's alright to vote for them. Sad.

So would he stand as an invisible independent or as the figurehead of the new Zombie party :D

Well Xela, unfortunately, that's how it works around here. You see any non-Republican, non-Democrat candidates at any debates? Why do you think that is?

Its not the media who tells me to vote for somebody, I vote for the best candidate in the primaries. And when the real thing comes around, I want my vote to count.
