Are the dice rigged - or are certain territories rigged

There are secret joins in territories - are certain territories asigned lucky / unlucky before the game starts off?
I've heard of people attacking with 2 against 10 and taking the territory and vice versa when attacking.
Has lack introduced a curved ball?

ive have attacked a country with only one army and i had ten and lost nine in a row to me the odds against that happening are incredable and its happens more often then not

the dice seemed to be always rigged with the attackers...i have an attack ratio of at least 4:1 to assure victory.

At this point I just assume that I am always going to lose, I just lost 8 armies in row (to Greenland with 2 armies). Plus, the dice never came up high than a two, but I don't really care I generally lose anways, this just speeds up that process.
I am just venting. I win about 35% of the time thus far.

You know; I feel a lot better seeing that there are some other people out there as paranoid as me. I do think that there are strong countries and I hate to fight them. I am not going to tell you what they are, but I do have my suspicions.

The territories are not rigged. I had 17 people on a terriorty and a guy with 16 took it over with 8 people to move on the new territory. Ok I was pretty upset that 8 vs 17 could have won if they wanted. So i gathered 8 people and attacked back and LOST with 1 vs 5 in the end! Other times I take 10 people and loose them all to one guy. Other times I come back and someone has taken 6 terriotories with 7 people. Others they have taken 6 people with 3! Something is wrong here and I may just well quit!

While I have experienced the loss of large numbers against single defenders (10+)
the single attacker conquering a territory defended by 10 I have never witnessed
and sounds like an urban legend.
I have also had an opponant attack me and even though they were out numbered by 40,
not only conquer the 154 armies at our border, take out 19 more territories after.
No... the I don't think the dice are rigged.

I always have a problem conquering Moscow on the Europe map
Other than that - I'm sure they're not rigged.
