This is stupid....if i get interrupted in the middle of a speed game I have to deadbeat rather than just quit. If cards are abused, than just make people's territories nuetral and whoever eliminates all the neutrals get the cards...pretty simple.

Speed games need to be shorter than five minutes a turn. I say they should go as low as 15 seconds a turn. If this is too short for some people, then they don't need to join.
