What you say does make a lot of sense .... but my streaks run for days and weeks at a time.

Someone please explain why you wouldn't attack someone 1 vs 1? This is no team victory in this situation. Only one of you can win. Why would you give your opponent the chance to setup properly? Yes, you had a truce, but again there can be only one winner so if you 2 are left, why wouldn't it be ...

I'd love someone to explain to me how when I am on a 'bad' streak, as 'random' apparently produces, my opponents appear to be on great dice streaks?

I am down about 600 points now in 2 weeks, and I haven't even played that much ... mostly based on fucked up dice ... consistently losing 8v3 and 9v3 ...

I have not a darn clue what isles connect to what on the mainland. Instead of popping one sentence at it, why not just have territory line connectors or something of that variety?

The isles connect to same colored territories.

I think the issue is do they connect to every available same color ...

The question strikes as moot. Allow me to explain: 98% or so of my games are 1v1 and I play on a very large variety of maps, mostly large (by not huge) ones. Looking from my perspective, i don't see a shortage of maps to play 1v1 - rather, there are lots of maps not specifically made for 1v1 that ...

In general fairness, I probably would have deployed and forted as best I could, leaving him a message that he has this round to fort and prepare.

Of course he could always have attacked you in that round, but at least you had the chance to fort and prepare.

I don't think there's really a wrong ...

I like this concept. There are a lot of little areas where the text gets mixed up in the borders. Could you lose the black borders and maybe border each territory with the color of the bonus? Despite the pixilation it's not a bad rough draft. :)

I like Fog games because they seem more "real". You don't know your opponents strengths or movements. You don't know what they're up to, or where they are amassing armies. If that information is passed on to you it could be useful, it could be trash. The same scenerio was used in Normandy on D-Day ...

I think he means what are the odds of having a spoil set if you've only recieved 3 cards? As well as what the odds are if you have received 4 cards that you would have a set to turn in.

I think it really depends on the size of the map. I'm not 100% on the way the cards are determined though ...

No you shouldn't. A better advice is to find the game types you like, then play lots and lots of maps with those settings.


Oh I can farm on 1v1 manual freestyle no fog on any map :)
