It seems to me that there is a problem with fog of war games. Namely, the "Player attacked ? from ? and conquered it from me" situations. I should know what territories I lost and from where. My guys were there when it happened.

may -be you can use the same dices as in-game, then lack will be sure of a big points bonus...

just dont attack at all... unless you are going to win... build up in 1 country and only attack countries with 1 army in it... don't bother for continents it is not worth it...

i think 6armies would be a rather fair bonus..

when the player deadbeats his countries are past over to a team member. he will get his armies for the deadbeats "3turn" let is be a lot or a few extra. thats why i think the missed armies should be replenished by six in total...

The original reason for speed games was that new recruits would be more likely to join.

If it is not possible to give speed games to newbies it doesn't make sense...

@wca, in such rarely cases there could be send a pm to an admin and he can simply adjust the rate...
furthermore, i don't think that if you are involved in a car crash, your atendance rate will bother you
