Although it probably won't matter in the end, playing with 3 decks changes the hand rankings slightly.

It is actually harder to get just a high card than it is to get one pair and therefore one pair should have a lower hand ranking than a high card: http://www.pagat.com/vying/pokerprob.html

The game with the most strategy would be the one with the least luck involved. Sequential doesn't deal with factors such as what time others decide to take their turn, or who has the better internet connection.

Think about it. Why is chess the ultimate strategy game? No luck involved.

Odds of 27v1 are low, but it doesn't mean it cannot happen on your 3rd try. It can happen, it does happen and it doesn't break the statistics at all.

Again, anything "can" happen but these outcomes aren't likely to occur with random dice given the relatively few number of games on this site ...
