They seem to win a lot of multi player games that they are both in. Last 50 they win 2/3s of them.

Of course they win once they play together. The players they face are oblivious & left in the dark that they always start as a team. They never hit each other hard until they threw out everyone else ...

I disagree. He also uses foul language when he is rated badly ("Dumb ass"), which is very funny given the sheer amount of bad ratings he gave.

After round 4 I already was the eventual winner of this game, because I had the south under my control. The southern regions are too valuable, you virtually can't win if you are placed in the north.

he has every right to rate you badly if he feels you 2 played unfair against him, thats why there are different ratings like fair play.
