Mafia Mod help?

I'd like to learn how to mod a mafia game... I read the online things, but don't really get it. So I guess I'm wondering if somebody would be willing to start a simple C9 [or something not much bigger] and walk me through the mod process?

If there is any demand then there will be one soon. Dont frett. Also there seem to be more and more people wanting small games. while small doesnt mean simple they are often more "mafia" then complex.

Tip nr. 2: Interesting is great, but playability is a must. Make sure that you have balanced the game. Then balance it again. Then do the sign-ups (invite or start a thread). And then ask the best mod who won't be playing to tell you what you've missed.

Tip nr. 3 (and this one comes from the painfull experiance) : Toon-up your setup before the game starts (I ended up basicaly killing a player who had the potentialy most interesting role, because I haven't thought far enough ahead. )

I also just kinda wanted to see how it really worked... like when somebody sets up a mafia just show me how the spreadsheet is made, what goes into your deciding what roles you chose to put into it etc.
