A Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire?

Not sure if this has been suggested before or if it's too damn esoteric, but I would love to play a Seven Kingdoms risk game like the old board game A Game of Thrones based on the series of books by George RR Martin. It is single-handedly the very best fantasy series I have ever read and I think the Seven Kingdoms map would be a good one to emulate for CC.
