eliminated player icon

Perhaps a symbol can be designed to represent a player has been eliminated from play, like the ones that indicate turn order. It may look better than a line through the user name.

Perhaps a symbol would work, but that could make it all overly confusing. The strikeout of the user's name works rather well.
