I think genocide is an automatic death sentence.

Why should he be killed? That's what he wants. He would give his life if it meant the death of one American.

Let him live, and suffer in jail, for the rest of his life.

Good point, but make him really suffer. Make him watch Ishtar on continuous loop for the rest of his life.

lol, definitely.

OwlLawyer posted once, on another site, that they were making him watch some South Park thing with him over and over in prison, is that the Ishtar thing?

Maybe Owl could post that link to the news story here.

It was pretty funny.

if he is willing to repent and convert to christianity then he should be freed and exiled somewhere safe
if he is unwilling to repent and convert we should give him to kurdish muslims and/or shi-ites who would probably kill him themselves

Agreed. Are Turkish prisons still as bad as they used to be? I've never heard anything other than that they torture worse than anywhere else. Anyways that's where we should send him.

tsk tsk tsk

By locking Sadam 'Insane' up for the rest of his life (and make him watch South Park) is a crime that is almost worse then what he did, if you kill him it will only inspire other extremists to be like him.

The best solution would be to hand him over to some kind of neutral government, were his case can be solved (quietly) without predgidice.

I mean just look at it from his perspective he hates Americans because they went down into the middle east and got invlved with everything fown there. (and maybee because we are not muslims)

Also, i am forthe whole exile thing, althou it would have to be a cold island not a tropical one

I doubt there are many neutral countries on this issue.

Ummmmm? Given that choice OF COURSE they will "repent" and "convert" to Christianity. You are confusing Christianity with radical Islam my friend. Jesus didn't go around saying "Repent or Die". Will you please stop perverting Christianity?

I don't know if that's irony or just a gaffe. It's like the whole "Amish Guy Gets Electrocuted" thing, is it Irony or just really Screwy?

that's not what i was saying he can convert and repent or be given back to the public of iraq who would be given the decision of killing him or letting him live
so it would be the choice of the public if they want to kill him, an islamic public might i add

I am opposed to the death penalty and think that it's morally wrong. In all honesty I don't really care what happens to Saddam but I guess if I was randomly chosen to decide his fate I would opt for life imprisonment in the big brother house.
